Designate the context parameter

The Context Parameter is a regular Creo parameter that is not accessible by the user. Previously it was not possible to designate this parameter so it could be used in Windchill.

A new config option main_context_param_designate allows to designate this parameter automatically when a model is created from template or a context is assigned.
