Allow translated parameter values
Parameters can have multi-language flavors
In some cases it is desirable to consume parameter values in local language. This is a complex task, as the parameter value
my switch, but then looses its original value.
For this reason SmartMBDTools meta data management provides a mechanism to support this desire. If the definition of a parameter
object is tagged as ‘Translated’ the software will automatically generate instances of the parameter contain the relevant
translations.
