Changed behavior during manual selection
During manual selection of it is easy to select any surfaces within the graphics area. If it becomes necessary or more frequent
to select features, groups or components from the model tree the user has to switch to the model tree display manually, as
the color coding dialog is using the navigator pane.
Customers requested a solution of this issue and we provided a configuration option to choose if the manual selection method
stays like it is or changes to a different behavior. During manual selection the Creo navigator pane automatically switches
to the model tree display and back to the color coding display once the selection is finished.
What is the benefit of this enhancement?
- For customers who often use model tree selection during color coding, the new option offers a faster workflow
