Introduction of additional XML tags and values for interface.
What is the benefit of this enhancement?
This enhancement allows users to output additional values for improved control to XML. The new values are:
- GENPROG
- ACTIVECONTROL
- CONTACTTIME
- LIFTOFFDISTANCE
- TIMERINTERVAL
- INFEEDFINENESS
- QUADRATIC
- QUADRATICUNDERSIZE2
Preparation
SMARTElectrode loads a prefedined template to create the XML file. Therefore a custom configuration for Zimmer & Kreim must
to be added.
- copy files from <installation>\data\postprocessor\ZK_ADV to <configuration>\processor\ZK Alphamoduli\pp.
- def_profile.dep_step
- export.xml
- material.txt
- enable usage of custom template. Add option SE_USE_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE YES to export.txt.
- optionally copy content from parameter.cfg to your configuration.
- optionally copy selection list for GENPROG to <configuration>\parameter.cfg.
Description of New Tags
- GenProg — Name of the generator program (erosion technol-ogy) which is used for erosion from selection list (sel_list.txt).
- SetTimerValues — TimerInterval — double parameter.
- SetTimerValues — LiftOffDistance — double parameter.
- SetTimerValues — ContactTime — double parameter.
- SetTimerValues — ActiveControl — integer parameter.
- EroCycle — InfeedFineness — double parameter.
- EroCycle — Quadratic — string parameter.
- EroCycle — Undersize2 — integer parameter.
Usage
- Click to open the parameter dialog box for selected electrode(s).
- Set parameter values accordingly to enrich electrode(s) with data listed above.
- Click to open the interfaces to EDM.
- Select interface box for selected electrode(s).
- Press to start export.
