Export Option SE_USE_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE

This new option switches between built-in and custom templates and affects interfaces AC Form, Exeron Exoprog, Ingersoll MultiProg and Ingersoll PowerSpark Editor.

Valid settings for option SE_USE_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE

NO: Load interface definition from installation.
YES: Load custom template from user configuration.

Default: NO

Easier updating of interfaces for installations that use the standard configuration.
