Attach Notifications UI

All notifications (messages, warnings, and errors) during attach are collected and displayed in a list. Where possible, highlighting of reference is enabled.

What is the benefit of this enhancement?

This enhancement provides a better interaction with the user.

Usage

The Notifications UI will be automatically displayed if messages appear during execution of any attach command. This can be:

automatic attach in Electrode ▶ Base is processed
Modeling ▶ Attach
Modeling ▶ Attach Straight
Modeling ▶ Attach Along
Modeling ▶ Attach and add support

If possible, a highlight of the reference(s) takes place on selection of a list item. Inactive, invalid or consumed references can’t be highlighted.

Does this replace existing functionality?	Yes. The new list interface replaces the old plain message dialog.
